K.BIM is capable to execute Architectural, Mechanical & Electrical 3D BIM designs with various alternatives of software’s like MagiCAD plug-in over AutoCAD as 3D BIM or REVIT 3D BIM, Allplan, Tekla, Catia, Solidworks.

We are modelling and producing our drawings, either from 2D Design Development Level or from BIM Model LOD 100 to LOD 500 levels, including 3D (Modelling), 4D (Scheduling), 5D (Manpower & Budgeting) options.

K.BIM can start servicing at any initial stage of Architectural & MEP Engineering Design Levels and may serve till the end of the As-Built Drawing stage.

Our own inhouse developed software manages live MoQ, BoQ, Quantity take off, purchasing situation follow up, Materials on Site, Work Schedule, Material, Manpower, Cash Flow, Test & Commissioning etc. any follow up works; with direct conversion from 3D BIM AutoCAD & bi-directionally from REVIT BIM model or any other software’s which are used for scheduling or accounting vice versa to REVIT or any IFC based BIM modelling software’s.

Hence, we can convert 3D BIM modelling to 3D AutoCAD & Revit mutually; Site Execution, Technical Office, Purchasing and Management teams becomes eligible to reach every BIM information via Standard AutoCAD. This removes special computer needs and knowledges like REVIT, Navisworks etc. so a standard AutoCAD user can see and work with 3D models and parameters just in AutoCAD.
